i have vista wiyh windows onecare running, however i have also put on avg free antispyware, which found more spyware that onecare hadnt.
now onecare is saying my pc is at risk because avg might conflict with it so i should remove it.
is this the case or can i run both to cover all bases as it were?

If it was XP you had the answer would be you can have as many as you like as long as they are not running in the background all the time at the same time.

As for Vista I really don't know.

I don't suppose theres anything in the Vista Forum about it?

I run
Supa antispyware
Spyware blaster

All with no problems.

The safest option is the one offered by Totally-braindead, in other words choose one full time anti spyware protector and if you want have one or perhaps two scanners.

The scanners will not conflict and the best for Vista is Superantispyware. click here

PS I run Vista. Remember non pick up everything so a scanner as a fallback is useful.
