C00D11DA error

  Europa 09:54 22 Jul 2006

I have downloaded a music file from the Woolworths website(paid for) but when I click on the file, a window pop up with the following message : Window Media Player cannot play, Synchronize or burn a protected file because an error occured while verifying the licence.
How can I get rid of the problem? Surely, if I paid for it, there shouldn't be any copyright problems?
Thank you.

Thank you Diodorus Siculus, I tried that, I can do the first bit, but when I navigate to the folder based on my operating system, a window open, with the folder address at the top but there is nothing in the folder. Is that normal?
As for Microsoft website, does that means that there is something wrong with the files, as I have 4 files to download, I downloaded 2 different ones but cannot play any of them. Or will I have the same problem with any website I will download from if I can't find a way to deal with the error?
