building a pc guidance, for £600 or £700

Okay i'm looking to build a PC and so far i've posted this on a different site and have been recommended these parts for a £600 build of which i'm happy to use but i wanted to know how much better if i add an extra £100 to the budget: these are the components:

ram- click here click here click here supply - click here - click here card - click here already brought this case so for the recommendations it needs to be compatiable : click here summarise the components that you recommend has to fit in this case, and the main reason i'm doing this forum is to find how much better a £700 pc can be, compared to a £600 pc. i don't mind playing in medium at 40fps but if i can get higher (im only adding that so you know a minimum, but i expect from a pc like this i'll get a lot more than my minimum).
