I keep getting 3 or 4 bugs or shareware daily described as 'critical'. Although I can delete them (until I double click again). I can't deleted an 'index DATA' file that comes with them. It's very annoying. They each have a false e-mail address that uses the name of my folder. Any ideas please.

Thanks in advance

Not sure what you mean.

What exactly are "3 or 4 bugs or shareware daily described as 'critical'"?

Not very clear I admit mate I'm just not familiar with these things. When I run ad-aware they come up as 3 'critical objects' which I trace to a folder. They are in the shape of 'text files' and I just delete them as there is nothing in them. Another is an 'index data' file but when I try to delete it, it tells me another programme or, someone else is using it. None of these are supposed to be there.
