BT Voyager 1010 setup problems

I am trying to set up a BT Voyager 1010 on a WinXP computer. All seems ok during the installation except that at the final screen I only get the 'about' tab, and the 'Summary, Site Survey, Statistics' tabs are missing. The Icon in the tray has a cross on it and I cannot connect to a Voyager 2100 that I know is allowing others to connect to the internet. There is no security as yet set up on the 2100 and I have disabled my firewall and virus checker etc during inatallation. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Voyager 1010 twice now with the same results.

you wont like I am about to say but your gonna have to contact the Voyager helpdesk...the only problem is their number is premium rate and its 0906 302 0288. thats all I can say as I dont know much about the 1010.

Thanks for your advice, but I've tried and I was held in a costly queue for ages & hung up in the end. Does anyone else have any ideas?
