BT Broadband Installation Problem

  wolfman101180 18:07 01 Dec 2004

I have recently built a pc (P4, 512 MB RAM, 200 GH, Hard disk). The operating system is Windows XP Home Edition. During the installation of the BT Broadband software, the computer check results state that my PC does not meet the minimum requirements for running BT Broadband. The 'found' results are 33MHz (Processor Speed), Mb (Total Memory, NO (USB port), and Windows 3.1 (Operating System).
Any ideas on how to solve this.

Are you running the set up from the bt cd?,you might be able to install it through the setup inside the cd if you open it insted of letting it auto play. This might not work if you havnt activated the line for bb yet as you need to input the phone number and your name.
