Hi I could really do with some help to get my browswer back to normal.

It appears to have been hijacked and my homepage has been set to the address below. I have tried a number of times to change it but it always reverts back.

res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdocsv.dll/API32.htm#ID=347;065D

How do I get rid of it?

Thanks!

but a good 'un... click here
Never had any trouble since I started using it... the alternative generally involves messing about with the registry IIRC

You have the Smitfraud Trojan, it can be a little difficult to remove but there are tools and good advice available click here

Hijackthis logs don't post well here.. and a helper would need to see one to start with!
