Browser Hijacked - media tickets

am desperately trying to fix internet connection on my nephews laptop, which I know has been hijacked by some program directing IE to media tickets (apparantly, I now must have won somne 5000 tickets to some obscure events.)

Have run latest ad aware, it found some problems, but hasn't got this one.

Any ideas as to best way to get rid of the problem.

Need to get a virus checking program onto it, but first need to resolve this problem.

Any help greatly appreciated

Many thanks

click here I think this one is better than my first link.

but none of the soplutions given actually worked. Sorry they did, but immediately machine was restarted, up came the same problem.

Eventually managed to find 82 Trojan files in system32 dir, problems in the registry with netlogin.exe and acao.exe.

Eventually gave up and found the restore cd's.

Nephew has now learned a lesson.

Many thanks for the help, it did point me in the right direction,
