Go to tools/internet options/privacy and set it to medium.

Are you using IE or Firefox?

In either case you have probably blocked Third Party cookies which will give rise to your problem.

In IE the safest combination is to "Allow" First Party cookies and "Ask" for Third Party cookies; this will give you the opportunity to allow or block cookies as required vo a panel which appears when you visit a website.

There's a similar feature in Firefox from Tools>Privacy>Cookies
