I live in N Ireland and have had broadband since March with everything fine. Recently I have been losing access during the evenings between around 8.30 and 11.30 pm but working fine during the day. ISP is Nildram and using an Actiontec wireless modem/router, Nikdram have referred the issue to BT who say they can find nothing wrong. The modem won't sync during these outages so Nildram say it isn't their problem and have referred it back to BT again. As it is usually working fine during the day, I am inclined to think this must be a BT line issue, there is no other equipment connected other than two phones through filters and the set up doesn't change.
Any views on this please.
