Can anyone help?I have broadband, but it's not working correctly. I'm not sure if it's the ISP, the Netgear equipment of the BT broadband line - all of them say that their part is working correctly.I keep getting disconnected and the security log tells me that packets are lost - I don't really know what this is or what I can do about it. I'm now on a contract for a year with my ISP and access to the Internet is worse than it was on dialup.Please help - anyone?
