i have just got broadband on would like to know if there is a third party program that sees what speed you are getting as nothing is coming up on my screen something like the old dial up connection i am using optus and yes i am in australia any help would be good i have looked on ther site and canot find anything thanks

optus is the name of one of our internet providers in australia op system is xp
