hi please can you advise if i can connect to ntl broadband using win nt and which if either is the better connection usb or ethernet?thanks in advance2020
This would be a job for your System Adninistrator.
I'm sorry, I have a cold.
A cold what, graham√?? ;-)
Yes and Ethernet card, as USB is resource hungry, NTL say "UP TO 80% of resources used with USB"Fitting a card is really easy. If you need any tips search for "network cards"+"install" in the forum search box.Good luck.
Windows NT is a server.
many thanks Tim 1964.i am the only user of the computer , it came to me with windows nt so i thought i just keep using that.thanks
Sorry, in that case click here
?????????????Server Edition might be but i assume 2020 is running NT Workstation, which is a desktop OS rather than a Server OS.
Since Windows NT doesnt support USB I think you will need to go for ethernet.
