Bounced mail

I have had emails bounced for the following reason:

Recipient: recipients email address>
Reason: 5.7.0 Your server IP address is in the SORBS DNSBL database, bye

Can any one tell me what this means. As far as I tell it only happens with one particular receipient. Im using Outlook Express and my ISP is

It means your Ip has been used for sending spam.

Thanks for that. I have had a look at it but it doesn't mean much to me. I tried the links provided to find out how to get de-listed but all I get is a message saying that "click here could not be found.

I don't understand why as a home user my IP should be blocked? Im not aware of any trojans sending spam from my PC.

What can I do about it?

It may be your ISP email server that has been added not you personally,get on to tesco and ask them.

Tesco should have a "Contact us" button somewhere; or some means of allowing you to report problems. Contact them.
