My PC booted up as normal this morning and then went into a restart. At this point I got the message BOOTMGR missing press cntr, alt, deleten to restart. This action just returns to the error message again and again. Can anyone help me to correct this please?

Sorry, should have added that the PC has an Asus MB and is running Windows 10.

Maybe have a look in the Bios to make sure that the hard drive is selected as first boot.

{deleten} Typo mistake or is it a medion. Not that it makes any difference. just interested.

Thanks Govan1x for your suggestion. I left my PC switched off for an hour or so and then switched back on. Lo and behold it booted up normally. Don't know why this happened but pleased all is back to normal

Deleten was a mistype, my PC is a custom built job by Cougar Extreme in Nottingham, who have built my last two PCs for me.
