Not heard much in favour of it; there are free options available that are tried and tested:

Sygate Firewall

varied anti-spyware programs.

Further to the above, from what I've read in the Blueyonder newsgroups, there are other users of this s/w package that are having problems with it.

If you have anti-virus/firewall/spyware s/w that you're happy with, then changing to PCguard wont prove beneficial and you could end up with problems.

In saying that, if it sits happily on your system then it's easy to use, the scans a really fast, it auto updates and it has a small memory footprint.
