Blue Screen of Death: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED AREA

When inserting a JPEG DVD+RW into a NEC DVD + RW (from a Dell Dimension 8300 , Windows XP SP2, Norton 360, Pentium 4 w/ HT, 512MB RAM) the system behaves erratically. After inserting, and opening My Computer, and double clicking on the DVD Drive (F:\ Second IDE Cable Slave) explorer.exe crashes, and am unable to do anything, other than Ctrl + Alt + Delete, close My Computer and restart explorer.exe. The read/write light on the DVD drive, does however flash.

We can read/write to other drives, including a Audio CD (which we are playing now) and a DVD Video will play.

We also get a Blue Screen of death with the page fault error (in the title) and this technical info: *** STOP: 0x00000050 (0xE4793A26, 0x00000000, 0x805090D8, 0x00000001)

Begin dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete.
Aswell as everything else from the blue screen of death.

TIA
