Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this virus. Norton allerted me to its presence but could not remove the virus.

This is what is listed in the Norton log.

C:\Documents and Settings\Mark\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\3V5BF1GK\555[1].ani

Delete your temporary internet files - in IE Tools, Internet options, Delete files button.

If that doesn't shift it use CleanUp! click here

I've downloaded and ran the cleaner. I'm just running Norton again to see what comes up.

Do you know what bloodhound exploit 20 is?
