Binding a USB Audio Device

Hello All,

Our call centre has recently gone from physical Cisco phones to soft phones and USB head-sets. My issues are when it comes to observations how can managers / team leader listen in to the phone call.

Using another USB headset connected to the same pc will not work as it would be seen as a separate audio device and the Cisco soft phone will only output to one device.

I have been playing around with VAC and audio repeater this kind of works as I can hear what the person is saying into the headset but I am unable to hear the other side (the customer)
Surly it cannot be that difficult to bind the usb audio device with another?

Any assistance would be appreciated
