I don't think there should be a problem. I have 80gb in mine on win98se, and I have a friend with 120gb. Mine is partitioned to 20gb and 60gb.

I had a few probs dv editing with 120gb on 98se. I split it up into 3 partitions with good results. (I could be wrong - and it won't be the 1st time - but with dv being so resource draining it's best to keep the hd space to 40/50gb). Or you could format it in ntsf and there's no max prob. This is the prefered format for dv as there's no 4gb max file size.

With 98SE I'm using 80Gb (no partition) for DV files and editing, with no problems. I've read elsewhere in this forum that 120Gb could give you problems with 98, and should be partitioned into two or more.

The FAT32 32-bit file system allows up to 127.5GB as a single partition from Win95 OSR2 and Windows 98 onwards.
