Big Blue Screen Problems

I hate it when this happens, but I'm seeing this blue screen more often now. Has anyone seen this before and know how I might fix it?

Assuming XP: Start, right click My Computer, Manage, expand Event Viewer, System. Select an Event (probably with a red cross), Action, Properties.

This will give a brief description and the opportunity to send to Microsoft for analysis.
