I need to replace my dodgy writer. Are the cheap writers ok? Do they all come with decent software? Which software would you suggest?Any help would really be appreciated
The Liteons are cheap and reliable.
Scan have the LG CDRW 52 x 24 x 52 IDE Retail £26.44(inc. vat) on their today only page, at;click hereDon't know what they charge p&p, but LG are good drives.
A LG for that price seems to be a bargain. Particularly if this is a good make.
Really at this price there are so many some with differnt front colour options, as the trend is away from beige.Lite-ons are good, also use Nero software note you can get OEM/CLONE type versions and the software only works on the drive supplied.
