how do i clean my grubby laptop screen? whats the best to use without damaging it?

click here for screen wipes and all sorts of things. Right-most drop-down for products then select screen, filter and glass cleaning. There's also a distributor finder.

Remember to get wipes specifically for TFT/LCD monitors as their screens are plastic and can be damaged by wipes designed for glass CRT screens. (it goes all yellow and smudgy)

home made recipie: baby wipes to clean (as they are neutral) and a soft dry lint free cloth to lightly buff to a natural shine. ( i should write adverts)

Got some "anti-static screen cleaning gel spray" which comes with about 20 disposable cloths from PC World last weekend.Says on package is for laptops.It works great & is on special offer only £2.49.Hope this of some help.

I use clean water on a microfibre duster I bought from Marks & Spencer for about £2.49 also useful for cleaning specticals, and TV tubes.
