Best 19" Monitor

I'm thinking of buying a Iiyama 19" Vision Master 454 Pro monitor.
Would this be a good choice or are there other monitors that are equal to it or cheaper ?.

Your views would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info,

I prefer the 19" screen to run games on.

I have a Ilyama 452 pro, it is almost the same monitor...the only difference is, is that you get some usb ports on 454 pro.

It is the best quality CRT monitor i have looked at and i have looked at quite a few with uni having different types of monitors in each computer room.

I strongly advise you to get this monitor if you are into your games. A 19" CRT is perfect for games although it takes up more space than an LCD but the quality of display is worth the extra space.

I have been running my LF Flatron 915ft+ for over 15 months now.

It has been typically switched on for 18+ hrs per day, every day, and had numerous games, programs, tweaks and programs thrown at it, as well as a couple of different graphics cards.

It handles everything effortlessly, with a rock-solid display, which is easily adjustable as required.

The built-in USB ports are ideal for my keyboard and wireless mouse receiver, too.

Highly recommended, and a very good price.

I also use a LG Flatron 915ft+.
The difference between the two is the LG does not have the two support wires, which can be distracting at times.
