I'm invited to BBB/Broadband and then to hear anything I'm invited to load "Real" ....am I right...at about £10 a month ?
I already have Win Player so do I need more.
Any views or help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure where the £10 a month comes into it.

The vast majority of the BBC's streaming output is in RealPlayer format, therefore to decode the stream of data from the BBC into sound, vision etc, you need to download and install the RealPlayer program.

There are several versions of this - you only need the free one.

By going to the BBC page click here and click on listen you will get the BBC player. No need for Real, but I have both.
