Searching for backweb lite on my c hard drive, i found about 56 backweb lite zipped folders and when trying to open some documents in them, it asked for a password, i tried my windows password, but that was incorrct, should i delete these folders?

I _think_ that backweb can be a form of spyware; it might be worth running a check: click here
AdAware click here
Spybot-S&D click here

Be sure thier not needed before you remove them as spybot found a similar amount on my system, so I removed them and it trashed my av (f-secure 2004) which uses backweb to auto update.

I have a packard bell i design comp, i have ad aware, spybot and spyware blaster, and none have reported anything strange, so i would be better leaving them then.
