Back up won't work (image) errors message

  KorgY 19:43 16 Feb 2010

Tried to back up my windows 7 "image" in "create a system image", but this time it doesn't work. I get a message after about 20-30 minutes:

""""windows backup encountered an error when accessing tyhe remote shared folder. (0x8078015b)

Additional information:
The semaphore timeout period has expired"""""

I did a "clean boot" as well - so nothing in the background

Not sure why it won't bachup now, but seems to have something to do with sharing/remote? not sure

Thanks for any replies

Do you have all of the latest updates installed from Windows Update? Also, Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 Support Forum located here click here . It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams. You may want to also check the threads available there for additional assistance and guidance.
