AVG and router

hey again,

as some of you know, i set up my broadband connection through a router yesterday, instead of my modem.

anyway, i tried updating AVG and it wouldn't

i've tried playing around with the settings a bit, and it now gets as far as finding the update, and when i click 'update', it doesn't do anything

is this a problem at AVG's end, or mine? if it's at mine, what do i need to do to get AVG to update?

thanks in advance

Bit of an AVG problem too many people updating, just leave it on and it will come thru eventually

There's another thread running on just this click here. There may be others. There shouldn't be any problems with a router, provided your firewalls are set correctly. More likely a problem with AVG at the moment it seems. Try the AVG website and download the update file into a folder and install from there.
