avg picks up virus?

When i scanned with avg it picked up a file which read kernel 32dll c/windows/system32,what is this?is it harmful? Thanks for all the help,its a great forum.

Hi, that is not a virus - it is part of Windows. Alongside the entry in the AVG Scan you will see the word Changed - this is normal and you can ignore it.
