The motherboard make and model information will provide details of the (presumably onboard sound chipset) you are using i.e. C-media, Realtek etc.

You can then either download the drivers and install them again from the click here website or the chipset manufacturer's website support pages.

If it's a sound card then, again, the drivers can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
