ASUS laptop battery not charging

  Epifanio Bortolotti 21:25 14 Dec 2016

I bought a new battery for an old ASUS laptop (U36SD) running Ubuntu. The laptop recognized the battery and run on it for an hour. Next the battery discharged. The problem is that now the battery does not charge any more.

Below is the output of upower in Ubuntu.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance.
