Aspire VN7-592G - Keyboard Back Light Not Working

  Tian Loedolff 18:36 26 Feb 2019

Hi. Our IT Tech formatted my work laptop, instead of doing a reset. My keyboard's back light is not coming on, and I assume I need to do a driver installation. The device manager is not showing any drivers missing... Can anybody please point me towards which driver I need to download/install to fix this? Thanks. Tian

get your IT tech to sort it if its a works machine.

He is saying that the laptop don't support a keyboard back light... Which means he does not go through the trouble of fixing it, leaving it to me to try to fix it now...

Did it have a backlight before?

Yes it did. It's a gaming laptop. Black Edition.
