Believe this program came on a PC Advisor cover disk several years ago. Have recently lost on PC and can't find where I got it from . Don't want to have to pay! Any ideas what year and/or month please?

I have got v2000 (I don't know what number version it is) and it isn't very good, even though it is installed on this system.... I would stick to Jasc Paint Shop Pro as I find it has better tools, is compatiable with many for image formats, but there is a "learning curve"...

A very good "freebie" is Irfanview:
