All I do to save my favourite sites is to save the urls to notebook. Then if i need to reinstall AOL my site addresses are not lost.

To save a favourite site I right click the site's address and click "copy".Then I open notepad in windows. Start > all programs > accessories > notepad. In notepad I paste the address and click "save as" and name it whatever you wish. This can now be used again for more urls. I've also made a short cut for notepad on my desktop.

The way I do it is...when you are on the site click on the heart at the top right of the page, then it asks you where you want to save it, click add to favourites, then favourite places, then to find it again click on the favourites to the right of the address bar. This way it saves it on AOL so if you ever need to format your pc you won't lose it.

by the way are you from Gods county or do you just like chocolate?

It worked for me once. Last time I uninstalled AOL and reinstalled I lost all my favourite places in the dropdown menue. So I use notepad as a backup.
