I've just started using AOL 9.0 and am regularly (Not always)
getting the following error messages.

Sometimes a reload works sometimes it doesn't.

The message is a follows:

Web site not responding (Error 502)
The Web page you are trying to access has not been found on this site.

This might be because:

The Web site you have requested may be experiencing technical difficulties due to a busy or broken server. Please try again by clicking the Reload icon on your AOL bar or, if that doesn't work, try visiting
the site again later.

Alternatively, please try to access a different Web site, such as click here or click here. If neither of these work, shut down and restart your computer, sign
back on to AOL, and try visiting the Web site again.

For further assistance, go to AOL Keyword: Internet Help.

Does anyone know what the problem is or what error 502 is??

It does happen occasionally with AOL as they are a popular site for people to visit. If it starts to happen too often then phone the free technical helpline and ask if they will be kind enough to move you to a different server. They did for me with a broadband connection and I gained an immediate increase of between 60-80mbs in downloading speed, an impressive amount I think. j.

Have you used the "Computer Check-Up" that comes with AOL 9.0 It will tell you what is wrong and offer to fix it.
