Phoned ntl earlier and they upped me from 2meg til "upto 10meg".They say the upgrade has went ok. phoned technical help ( a chargeable call) they said you're not upgraded!Again phoned ntl cust. care and they said you are on the 10meg.what do I do? Anyone having problems with 10meg, or actually getting onto it?
It would appear you are entirely in NTL's hands.Keep pestering...:-)
i think you`ll find only 3meg users on NTL are being upgrades we lesser mortals on 1 and 2meg will have to wait till the new year.
Remember, for most people until a few months ago, even 2MB was just a dream...:-)In fact, in my case and those of a lot of other subscribers, Tiscali delivered the dream and then shattered it with so-called Service Enhancements on October 31st...:-(

mole that's not exactly true. You can phone now and request the upgrade but you will pay the higher tariff. When I get this upgrade I will be paying £37.99 instead of the £24.99.At the moment, it's 1meg for £17 2meg for £24.99 and "upto 10meg" for £37.99
I'm on 10meg with telewest. Before I had 2meg then 4meg. But like some other things, once you reach a certain level you don't notice any further improvements.
Been on 10mb for about a week now with telewest
well home from work and it's the same. Gonna get onto the monkeys later after I've had some sleep.
