To any one that can answer:
Is it posibble to upgrade my existing motherboard to a new one and not have to reinstall windows on my hard drive?

It is possible but is not advisable.
The new board will require different drivers installed and is best that an upgrade is followed by a complete fresh installation of Windows.
(IMHO).

Will not work if OEM supplied with machine.

try

1. boot to safe mode

2. remove motherboard drivers

3. change motherboard

4. reboot to safe made and load new drivers

5 reboot see if it works

6. You may to re activate windows as a motherboard renewal is classed as one of the 4 items needing reactivation by MSoft
