Boot into safemode (tapping F8 on startup) and run your AV.

Or try

Had a look around and this looks like it could be the LOP spyware/Malware.

If you have installed a new program recently this may well have came with a bundled sponsor.

Have you installed Messengerplus ?

Run this first click here

try this

click here an on line scan ; see what it finds?

are you on dial up or bb and presumably on XP fully updated and with system restore enabled?

do you know when this crtter got hold of you?

Run all the programs i have suggested and reboot after each one.

Ok,as i thought.

Goto add and remove programs and remove Messengerplus first then boot into safemode and run Superantispy first followed by the others.
Then boot into windows and run ccleaner click here

Then post back.
