Anti Virus

As my PC has been running very slow recently I took into a computer shop and it is now working fine but they have taken off all my antivirus all I have now is Microsoft Security Essentials and Windows Defender.On their receipt it says only use one anti virus.As I said running fine now but what do I do about anti virus is it ok to leave as it is.

MSE is basically all you need, apart from the addition of a Firewall. You can also have SAS and Malwarebytes if you wish.

MSE includes Anti-virus. I use it as do many other forum members.

What do you advise as regards a firewall cosidering what I have now.SAS is that superantispyware.

I use (free) PCTools as a firewall with W7.Quite good and unobtrusive. I agree with Nontech re the anti malware, plus Spywareblaster (all free)
