The following arrived in my mail box ..Believe it NO CHANCE ..= Action required ...BIN IT >>>>>

and to be honest, anyone who seriously thought that a lottery would pay out $1.5 million to them when they hadn't even bought a ticket would have to be faintly loopy.

There are many many of these scams circulating in the uk also by post from many foreign countries make sure you bin them especially if they ask for a fee to cover administration costs.
