Another graphics card question.

I am looking to upgrade my graphics card in the near future. I currently have an ATi Radeon VE and have been looking at the Crucial Radeon 9100 for £62.26 all in as a replacement.
The rest of my system is as follows: Epox EP-8KMM+ Mobo, Athlon Thunderbird 1.33GHz (also to be upgraded soon), 512Mb PC2100 ram and Win ME.
I do a lot of digital photo work and play mainly a few flight sims.
Is The above card ok at that price or are there better ones out there.
Any feedback appreciated.
TIA, Tony.
P.S. Price is a factor and £65 is my absolute limit.

To my mind the card is ok for the price - but I am not a gaming expert. This will at least serve as a refresh.

As an aside, what are you upgrading the processor to? - I have the same processor and same amt/type of RAM and run Win2k / 98 / XP (home) and see little difference between my athlon 1333 mhz and my friends xp2200 with the same RAM when using photoshop 6. If you do upgrade, I would be interested in seeing how you view the change.
