Annoying XP pop up Windows

  Marios 12:06 27 Oct 2003

XP Pro Keeps popping up a window at start up to say 'devices or applications disabled' after I uninstalled Easy CD Creator and it will not go away. When I close this down, another window comes up, the one of 'Help and Support Centre' to direct me to Easy CD Creator website. I am not bothered anymore to use this program. HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE WINDOWS / MESSAGES?
Thanks for your time,

There is a small utility called roxizap which is supposed to remove all traces of EasyCD after unistalling. I got it from an e-mail link, but can't seem to see it on their web site.

If you e-mail me by clicking on the small brown envelope to the left of my name I will send you a copy.

You will find the roxiozap here scroll to near the bottom of the page, but make sure you understand what your doing and i would create a new restore point before using.

Thanks for that. I'm about to lose v5. move to XP and install v6. There's lots of useful info in there.
