Annoying problem

Hey guys,

Basically heres my problem,

I have a new laptop and its able to connect wirelessly to my network successfully, and browse with no problems, however:

-When the laptop is on, I am unable to browse(or connect to) anything on my main PC, which is connected by ethernet cable straight to my router.

-Once somebody has been on the laptop but turns it off (or just disconnects from the internet), the problem still does not resolve until I have restarted the router.

Since I'm a student, several people may need to browse the internet at once in my house, and as you can understand It's very frustrating for me to not be able to go on the internet when somebody is on the laptop.

The Router I have is a ZyXEL Prestige P-660-HW

I would really appreciate your help,
