Annoying 'Messenger Service' pop-ups.

Since yesterday afternoon I have been recieving several annoying pop-ups.

On the top band it displays 'Messenger Service'.
On the lower section it has a message, similar to email spam, asking if I need larger body parts, love, new car, credit card etc.

There is also a a "OK" button.

If I right click on the pop up nothing happens, though if I click on the top bar I get an option to close or move. They will always stay on top, and I now have to reboot to get rid of the damn things.

I run XP pro, my ISP is Freeserve, I have XP Firewall in use.

Any idea where they come from, how do I stop them.

I have not installed any new programs, or DLed
any thing from an unknown source.

TIA
