Alternative ISP advice please.

Hi, I'm with Sky at the moment and am using their minimum broadband package which is 2GB per month free of charge. This is included with my Sky TV and phone service, the latter costing me £5 per month for all calls. It all adds up to a tidy sum, if you include the line rental as well for which I also pay.

Now, I realise that I have to pay one company or another for all of these things so don't get me wrong; I'm not complaining. But I'm finding that 2GB usage allowance gets eaten up very quickly even if I'm just browsing and emailing. Because software and Microsoft updates can put a strain on that usage allowance and I find I'm watching that 2GB grow ever nearer when I am approaching the end of the month.

Has anyone else felt the need to get broadband from another supplier whilst still using Sky's other services and if so would they mind recommending any?

Regards, cowgirl66

I would be more inclined to increase the sky package.

I agree with "Fruit Bat" - it would be easier for you to increase sky package.
