All mail goes to Junk

What have I done? All my mail ends up in Junk

Inn Outlook, check - Actions, Junk Email Options, set to Low

Thanks for your advice. I did this but it first of all didn't stay with the "Low" highlighted for long as it returns to "No automatic filtering" after a short time and everything is still put in junk regardless!

Look in Rules and Alerts to check whether you have a rule in place to divert all your incoming mail to the Junk folder
