Adobe Flash unstable

  Quilljar 11:08 02 Mar 2008

I am using Windows XP SP3 and Internet Explorer 7
I have installed the latest Adobe flash player almost every time I visit youtube or any other video site. I have also downloaded the latest Free standing Flash player and installed it several times.
But it never seems to stay working. I keep getting the message to install it or upgrade every time. Can anyone suggest a solution please?

BTW I am eternally grateful to this Help Forum you almost always come up with the answers thanks guys...

Would it be anything to do with sp3, as its still only in beta form i think. I could be wrong about that.
Just a thought.

Flash can be funny, you need to uninstall all older versions before installing the new version. Use Adobe's recommended uninstaller, making sure all browser windows are closed when running it. click here
