Adobe Designer 7

Hi - I'm designing a form with a 'tick box' for completion by the user. Does anyone know how I can change the X which appears in the box to a tick?

The Help file says the default will be carried over, but elsewhere its ays that the default is off. Never used this before, so am a bit at sea.

but tick box defaults can usually be altered by reference to the form properties dialogue. If you right-click on the box in design mode you should be able to access a properties menu, and change the defaults for most of the form fields.

Thanks, but it doesn't appear to have a design mode, and right clicking only brings up things which relate to the actual box itself - cut, copy, paste etc.

What seems odd is that in the list of items you can add to the form (radio button, list box etc), the check box option is shown as having a tick in it.

I'm afraid I don't use Adobe designer either - but maybe the Adobe Designer forum might be a better place to post your question

I should have known there would be a forum, shouldn't I!

Thanks, I'll try there.
