Do you mean the "built-in" administrator??

If so there is a very simple registry tweak....

Go to Start-> Run" and type in "regedit"...... then navigate to..."HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList" and right-click onto the white ackground on the right and go to "new->REG_DWORD" and for the name just type in "Administrator"... This will hide the Administrator account, but if the key already exists, just double-click onto it and change the value to "0"

Sorry, typo.... I meant background, not ackground
