Could anyone tell me the best way to organise my ADDRESS BOOK and be able to print ADDRESS LABELS from it.

I doubt if this is the best, or cheapest way, but we use MS Access, with the addresses set up in a table together with supplementary data as needed.

The addresses can then be printed as labels via Access's labels form template.

Probably similar facilities exist in cheaper or free Database packages.
